Fake 3d renderer
Hi there,
this game is being optimized constantly so it won't be the same all the time, I'm hoping on getting rid of a few time expensive processes like draw a bunch of rectangles, and switch them out for a polygon renderer using a "same color, same object" format, which will create a nice smooth looking object.
Controls :
2D and 3D controls:
WASD - movement
mouse - rotation x axis
Q - alternate perspective
only 3D controls:
mouse - rotation y axis
Version 1.2 is now out changes include:
no longer am I using rectangles, but now its polyfaces, so expecting good things from that in the future.
collapsed the maze from individual segments to single chunks (some remain the same though, might optimize it in the future)
